Food Manager Certification

Food Service Safety classes offer comprehensive ServSsafe Food Safety Manager Training and Exam tailored for professionals in the food service industry, including restaurant managers, chefs, dietitians, and school food service managers. 


Whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner in the kitchen, understanding how to handle and prepare food safely is crucial for preventing foodborne illnesses and ensuring the well-being of ourselves, our loved ones, and our communities. Food Service Safety classes will cover critical food safety principles, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques. 


We'll also discuss how to identify and prevent cross-contamination, cook food to a safe temperature, and maintain a clean and hygienic food environment.   3. Select "Create New Profile."
  4. Complete the New User Registration form with the required information.
  5. Click "Register."


That it! You'll now have an account to access ServSafe resources and take test.

Exam Format:

The exam consists of 80 questions plus 10 pilot questions, requires approximately 2 hours to complete, and a passing score of 75%. 

Training and Exam Features:

This includes your exam access code, study material the day of the exam and a digital meat thermometer.  Food Service Safety will use a comprehensive curriculum that covers essential topics such as foodborne illnesses, proper hygiene practices, temperature controls, cross-contamination prevention, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. 

HACCP and Regulations:

Learn about Hazard Analysis, Critical Control Points, and the latest food safety regulations.

Instant Certification:

Pass the exam and receive your ServSsafe® Food Manager Certificate the same day. It is valid for five years. 

Food Handler Certificates

For Food handler's, please create an account on Servsafe.com for course and testing to receive your food handler's certification there.

Travel Fees

A travel fee will be added separately.  For anything over 100-mile radius from where I reside, prices will vary from $15.00 and up per person depending on distance.
