POLICY

FOOD SERVICE SAFETY CLASSES HAS A NO REFUND POLICY

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, I'll process a refund.
  • Refunds are available if a customer mistakenly purchases the wrong course.

How to request a refund:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within the three (3) days of the original classes registration date.
  2. Request must be done via website by going to booking

rescheduling

  • You can reschedule a course up to 2 times. After the second time there will be a rescheduling fee of $25.00

traveling fee

  •  If you are located 100 miles beyond the DMV area and require Food Service Safety Classes to travel to your location, a travel fee of $25.00 will apply.
